Learning and Development Support Scheme now open

the Department of Health and Social Care has announced that the Learning and Development Support Scheme (LDSS) is now open for registration.

LDSS will support the attainment of training and qualifications from an approved list (similar to Workforce Development Fund) that includes the new Level 2 Adult Social Care Certificate Qualification until 31st March 2025.

The new digital platform is being provided by NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) on behalf of DHSC and is now open for registration.

The registration and onboarding process will be phased to enable NHSBSA to iron out any problems with the platform and process.

However, given that funding will be allocated on a first come first served basis, we strongly recommend employers register their interest ASAP.
