This means many are simply missing out on significant support that can help deliver transformational change.
EdgeWorks™ Funding Alliance intends to change that.

As the organisation behind EdgeWorks™ Funding Alliance, we have more than 20 years of experience in creating training, qualification and compliance solutions for the HSC sector. During that time, we have built an eco-system of experienced experts and consultants who now form part of our extended team.
Our team will work with you to build an integrated recruitment and development pathway that will deliver a pipeline of new starters and also ensure experienced staff are supported with career progression.
We will work with EdgeWorks™ Funding Alliance partners on either an individual or consortium basis to help identify suitable bids from the hundreds that are published each year. Our experts continually monitor the market and can alert you to any potential opportunities.
A winning bid strategy requires inputs from a wide variety of experts and most importantly, needs to align the organisation goals with the bid objectives and outcomes. The team behind the EdgeWorks™ Funding Alliance has a track record of successful bids and we understand how to position our partners to ensure success.
Successful bid writing takes time and experience. Our team will manage the bid process from start to submission, meeting all of the deadlines and doing all of the heavy lifting. This enables you to focus on building your business and developing your team.

We have the experience and the team to help our Funding Alliance partners create winning programmes.
Winning bids is only the start, here at EdgeWorks™ we know how to manage and deliver contracts ensuring full compliance and a successful outcome. We can manage all of the required MIS systems, Individual Learner Records (ILR) along with any audit or inspection requirements so our Alliance partners can avoid any administration overhead.
HSC employer’s of all sizes can join our Funding Alliance and benefit from our partner services. To be a successful partner you need to be open to working with EdgeWorks™ and our ecosystem of experts and ideally be committed to helping support new and existing staff develop meaningful long-term careers.
The success of the EdgeWorks™ Funding Alliance depends on collaboration between all members. New college/training provider members should be willing to support the alliance achieve its goals of developing a range of pathways including pre-employment and in-work progression opportunities.
