EdgeWorks™ Funding Alliance
EdgeWorks™ is building the only health and social care ‘Funding Alliance’, dedicated to winning bids to support recruitment and training within the care sector. Many of our funding partners are able to offer financial support across multiple regions – we already cover almost 60% of England. As we continue to roll out the EdgeWorks™ Funding Alliance, we will of course be engaging with more employers and funding partners, which will allow us to expand the range and depth of our offer across even more regions.
What is EdgeWorks™ Funding Alliance?
EdgeWorks™ Funding Alliance is a pioneering programme, designed to match employers with funding partners who are keen to support recruitment, induction and the attainment of accredited funded qualifications for new and existing staff. We are building upon more than 20 years of learning, experience and connections within the care sector to provide an unrivalled consultancy service. Our deep understanding of the training requirements for the care sector as well as the funding pathways available via educational institutions enables us to create mutually beneficial partnerships, with our learning platform EdgeWorks™ Care Academy acting as the lynchpin.
