Here at EdgeWorks™ we are fortunate that our business model already enables us to facilitate ‘remote working’ for many of our staff. However, with effect from Wednesday March 18th 2020 we are implementing a ‘work from home’ policy for all staff including members of our administration team.
In order to support this we have also activated a virtual telephone answering service to assist with any overflow calls. Any messages received via this service will be responded to without delay from the appropriate team member and will result in business as normal as far as you, our valued customer is concerned. Rest assured, all of our existing qualification, assessment, helpdesk support and IT monitoring services will continue unaffected by these temporary measures.
We hope this decision will help protect our staff and their families during this difficult period.
