INDUCTION

The Scottish Social Service Council (SSSC), in collaboration with employers and other stakeholders, has developed Preparing for Practice – a national induction framework for the Scottish social service sector. Preparing for Practice has been developed as a starting point to assist employers plan and delivers a comprehensive induction training programme.

Overview

Designed in line with Scottish Social Services Council national induction framework, this e-learning induction programme covers all 6 key components within 5 individual courses.

Optional screening assessment allow individuals who can demonstrate prior knowledge to “fast track” their completion of the learning and assessments.
