The Level 2 Diploma in Care (RQF) is designed to demonstrate the learner’s knowledge and understanding of what is involved in the delivery of high quality care and support.
It also covers the learning skills that a learner would need for a successful career in providing a range of care services.

Qualification Overview
This VTCT Skills qualification is suitable for learners who are already working within the care sector, such as an adult care worker, a healthcare assistant/support worker, personal assistant, etc. It could also be suitable for those seeking employment who having the ability and the opportunity to demonstrate recognisable competences.
A minimum total of 46 credits must be achieved to gain the qualification as follows:
Group M – 26 credits
Group O – 20 credits
