C-I-C learners pass 1,000 course completions within first 6 months

A new starter at Community Integrated Care (C-I-C) today completed the thousandth course since the CIC went live. This has been achieved within 6 months of the programme launch and shows how well the management and new starters within C-I-C rate the programme. The CIC alone sees over 100 course completions each week at present.

Helen Johnson, CIC Training Manager commented “CIC has a very proactive and positive approach to training and development. The CIC care academy has been well received and we hope it will enable colleagues to achieve their full potential and deliver high quality services.”
